Selangor Youth Community is a non-governmental organisation founded by HH The Crown Prince of Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah Ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj that aims to make Selangor a vibrant and liveable place for youth to thrive. One of the pillars under the organisation is Entrepreneurship which is commonly known as Entrepreneurship Selangor. The SAY ASPIRE, Export Readiness Programme is their signature programme. The programme aims to accelerate the growth of Selangor entrepreneurs to become global champions. Proficeo has been appointed as the main design and implementation partner for the programme.
